Congressional Republicans send Obamacare repeal measure to the president

Congressional Republicans resumed their push to repeal the Affordable Care Act today, with the House voting 240-181 to send legislation to President Obama that rolls back his signature domestic achievement.
Obama is expected to quickly veto the latest repeal attempt, but it marks the first time Republicans have sent a full repeal bill to his desk.
