Dutch company banned from doing business with council because of discrimination
A
dutch company is banned from doing business with the council because it
refused to hire a person who is in a homosexual relation.
The
company, selling agricultural materials to the council, has been
convicted by the court for discriminating a stagiair because the man was
in a homosexual relation, were the company owner told the man in a
letter that being homosexual was not a problem but the fact that he was
in a relation with another man was unacceptable, based on the christian
ideas of the owner of the company.
