Over 10,000 People Grant Dying Girl Her Last Christmas Wish

Over 10,000 People Grant Dying Girl Her Last Christmas Wish (Video)

8-year-old Laney Brown of  West Reading, Pennsylvania is being sent off with a smile in what has turned out to be her last Christmas.
It was Laney's wish that before she died she could hear Christmas carollers one last time, and on December 21st, over 10,000 people traveled to Laney's home town with a population of 4,000 and sang for her outside her window.
Laney Brown had started a Facebook page called 'Team Laney' for people to follow her journey, and although she was too weak to make it to the window and thank her carollers personally she posted a photo of herself giving two thumbs up with a message that said "I can hear you now!!! Love you!"

Sadly, just this morning, on Christmas Day, a post was made on Laney's Facebook page announcing her death to her followers which read:
"My heart breaks right now. Our little angel on earth earned her pink glittery angel wings in heaven. She took her last breath at home in her bed at 3:10 surrounded by all her family and friends. I miss her so much already."
Laney's spirit will live on through the thousands who made her dying wish come true, and will live on in the memories and hearts of her family and friends who lost her today.
Watch here as thousands sang to Laney and made her dying wish come true, and if your heart is touched, share this article and help keep the real spirit of the holidays alive.  The sprit of love.  The spirit of compassion.
