The 12 Banned Items of Christmas: TSA Version

The 12 Banned Items of Christmas: TSA Version (Video)

by Jeromie Williams
Because your safety is their priority, the Transportation Security Administration has made it their business to keep America safe at any means possible.  Whether that be through aggressive and often violating pat downs, body scans that leave little to the imagination, or a confusing and often laughable list of banned items no airplane can allow, the TSA has stuck itself firmly in the craw of America.
This year as many of you are set to be travelling back and forth to see loved ones, the good folks over at ReasonTV have released a YouTube video entitled "The TSA's 12 Banned Items of Christmas" that shows not only the hypocrisy of the rules put in place for what can and cannot be taken onto a flight, but the sheer danger that many of us still could face by what is still allowed on.
As an example:  While a container of cherry pie filling is considered too dangerous for you to bring on board, you night want to take a look over at the  person sitting next to you with an assortment of 6 inch to 10 inch metal knitting needles that could inflict a lot more pain and damage than some pie filling.
So before you go pack this holiday season, you're going to want to watch this video and make a mental note and just how mental America has become about air traffic safety, and the lengths that the government is willing to go in order to maintain it.  Enjoy!
