Inside the Valley of the Kings: Breath-taking photos from Egyptian pharaoh Ramesses' 3,000-year-old royal tomb
These colourful images were taken in the final resting place of Ramesses
IV, who succeeded to the throne in about 1156 B.C. but reigned for only
six years. And more than 3,000 years after its creation, the tomb,
located in East Valley of the Kings in Thebes, Egypt retains its
extraordinary beauty, its walls covered in hieroglyphs and murals.
