John Stossel Says War on Poverty ‘Handouts’ Encouraged Women to Stay Single and Pop Out Babies (Video)

John
Stossel feels that the "War on Poverty" has had a drastic impact on
women, claiming that it was only effective for five years, but at that
point those leeches in the underclasses of society learned to become
dependent on the system for their livelihood.
This dependency was especially bad with women, according to Stossel. Like Louie Gohmert,
he says that the War on Poverty has encouraged women to stay single and
pop out babies so that they will receive more and more money.
“They
taught women, ‘better not have a man in your house because you’ll get
more money if there’s no guy there,’” Stossel explained on Fox &
Friends, “And so people adjusted their behavior. And now they want more
handout — what didn’t work, the handouts — they want to do more of."
Income
inequality is an inevitability in our society because, as Stossel seems
to actually believe, you’re going to get income inequality when people
are free." The Fox Business host elaborated that it's perfectly fine
that such massive inequality exists.
“Some people will do much better than others, and that’s okay because under that system the poor do better too," he said.
What good is freedom if it's wasted easing the suffering in society? Right John?
